Can you freeze your view in Photoshop?

Hi, I'd like to know if you can freeze a viewpoint you're working on on Photoshop to prevent accidental movement and scrolling while working. I'm an aide for a student who utilizes Tobii Dynavox eye gaze technology to operate Photoshop and there is a lot of accidental scrolling while she's trying to work in a particular area. Thanks!

Hi, there is a lock ability so that you can keep a layer from being moved.
Select the layer/s you want to lock, then in the hamburger menue in the Layers palette, select LOCK LAYERS, then a popup will ask you want you want to lock, you can select ALL and then it will not move.
Hope that helps,

It is not possible to disable dragging, scrolling or other movement in Photoshop currently. You can lock the layer but that only prevents editing.
