Can you please please please unblur this license plate?

The driver of this vehicle risked his safety for me when a stranger was threatening to hit me on the streets for beeping at him because he blocked my car for several minutes.  Luckily I got in my car before I could be attacked.  I owe my honor and life allegiance to the owner of this vehicle.  He is truly an angel because he stopped the man who tried to attack me on the street.   I can pay you if you can help me unblur the license plate.  Or do I need to go to the police and report the attacker and see if the detectives or csi or whatever can unblur the plates?  Because the attacker acted like a felon criminal.  You would be doing justice and truly helping the world  be a better place if you can help me.  God bless you.

Is that the only size you have?  There's just nothing there to work on, and even if it was 2000 pixels instead of 200 pixels, it is still not going to resolve into anything readable.  If you have a much larger size, then upload it and people will try, but I don't think we have ever had a good result from this sort of request.

:'| it's the largest size i have.  But i do have an even more farther and blurred recording of the video of the car driving behind my car.  So the make and model might be discernable.  Should i report to the police and also ask them to find the attacker as well as the angelic man?  I also have a video recording of the angel man that protected me.  I was dumb not to ask him for his contact info when he risked his life for me.  Word of advice to the you all.  Ask for a persons contact info if they tried to save your life, even it's just a name
