I'm on the photography plan that was $9.99 a month. I got an email that my request to cancel was being processed. I don't remember submitting a request to cancel, so I think it was made in error. I can't hit to renew the plan because it was an older plan and I think I was grandfathered into it. I want to contact support, but it is 4 am that I got the email at 3am while I was asleep so, I'm not really in the best mindset. Just that I got to resolve this asap because the email noted absolutly no warning time between notice and disruption of my services.

Thank you for posting the link. It was a bit of a hump to get past the automated reply to an agent, but it worked. It sounds like my subscription is renewed. Just for those also on the plan, make sure to hang onto that lower price because it appears you have to ask for support to renew it for you or end up with a newer plan that costs more.
