Cannot download Halftone brushes

When I try to download the Kyle Webster half-tone brushes, I get the following

Not Found

The requested URL /pub/adobe/photoshop/brushes/halftones_and_screentones.abr was not found on this server.

Is it not available anymore? Is it part of another set?

the only downloads that work for me are megapack, watercolor, and gouache. any other gets me a similar message as above

It's strange. Firefox gives me the "not found" message. Safari allows the download, while a few hours ago it didn't work. I'm in the US. Might be something temporary.
