Cannot open raw file in Photoshop 2020

I just downloaded photoshop 2020, BR and LR.  I cannot open the raw files in PS2020 or BR. But can open in Lightroom.  I checked the website.  My About Plug-ins under Help menu is greyed out. There is no camera raw under it.  But in Creative cloud Desktop panel, Camera Raw shows Up to data.  Does anybody experience the same problem here. How to resolve the issue?  I uninstall and installed twice already.  Still got the error "Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document.  " when trying to open the raw file.  We have around 40 people in the class using the same raw file.  No body has the same issue as mine.Please help!

Hi Bruce,

That sounds strange, could you please isntall the Camera Raw plugin manually and let us know if it helps? https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-in-installer.html

the problem is i have already a picture of raw file but when i enter in adobe photoshop can not enter there any mistake that i did?
