Cannot save a file to my computer

Hi, I'm having an issue trying to save any files to my computer. 

OS: OSX 12.0.1

Photoshop version 23.0.1

When I try to 'Safe As' it gives me an option to 'Save to Creative Cloud' and 'Save on your computer'.

I use to be able to click on 'Save on your computer' and a dialoge box would pop up and all is well. But for some reason it now suddenly does nothing.

Please help.
