Cannot save write access not granted photoshop 2023 Mac Ventura os

Ive updated my mac to Ventura 13.0 and my CC to 2023 and now I cannot save any edited images as write access is denied, Ive treid the suggestions regarding disk access and it still doesnt work. I currenty cannot save any of my edited images using photoshop 2023

I have now managed to save an image to my mac hard drive but I cannot save to any external drive

How were you able to get it saved to your computer? I can't even get that to happen.
