There is a lag between the time I click to zoom and the zoom. And because of the lag the entire image goes to another part of the screen as if I had zoomed outside of the photo. Trying to fix it I changed preferences to "zoom clicked point to center". The zoom lag makes the image shake and the zoom still doesnt work. Tried zoom resizes window, didn't work either, and would not be what I want. Returned to 12.2, and zoom is smoth there.
