Cant forward images from LrC to PS when using edit in photoshop

Browser & Device type: Windows 10, AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor 3.80 GHz, 16.0 GB

Photoshop Version: 24.7.0 20230719.r.643 efe3886 x64

Issue: Cant forward images from LrC to PS when using edit in Photoshop

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select photo to edit in photoshop
2. Click edit in photoshop and/or edit as layer in photoshop
3. No image transfered in Photoshop
4.  Promt that says "The file could not be edited because adobe photoshop 2024 could not be launched"

Expected result: Picture will appear in photoshop and can be edited
Actual result: No image transfered in Photoshop

if you have ps beta installed, roll it back to the previous version
