change 32 bit in to 64 bit

Recently  i installed  Adobe photoshop CC23.2.2 in 32 bit version., so many options were disabled . for example i cant save jpg and some other formates. layer effects are disabled....some times the images are not visible . plz help me to update as 64 bit...

Photoshop 23.3 is only available as a 64 bit application, there is no 32 bit version available from the Creative Cloud app.

So where did you can across a 32 bit version.

There is no 32 bit version on PS v23. It is only 64 bit.

Are you perhaps confusing the application bit depth with the image bit depth. That can be 8, 16 or 32 bits / channel and working in 32 bits per channel restricts functionality. For normal imaging, as opposed to HDR, you don't need 32 bits/channel. Go to menu Image - Image Mode and change to 8 or 16 bits/channel.
