Change account region from Hong Kong to China

I moved from Hong Kong to Mainland China but my account region is still Hong Kong. Today I purchased one year Photoshop and got a key. But when I activate key, it says it's not for my region. I searched how to change region it seems I can only change region when purchase in official site. But Adobe does not sell Photoshop in Chinese official site, it always redirect me to a agent website.

How can I change region and activate my key?
