Hello - I am VERY much a beginner in the Adobe creative suite.
I am hoping to change the red stripes on this popcorn to a certain shade of green. Is this something I could figure out how to do. I have sifting through YouTube tutorials but am not having much luck.

I would do this:
1. Make a selection of the cup side ( I used the pen tool but other selection tools such as quick select will work)
2. Add a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer , which will have a mask in the shape of your selection so that it only affects the side of the cup
3. In properties, change the colours affected by the adjustment layer from "Master" to "Reds"
4. Move the sliders until you get the colour you want
