Hi,
first of all this hat has not bee cut out properly. the backgroud should removede under the edges, and that is not the case.
That is how I would get out this trouble :
Place a color layer underneath the hat.
Use Select a subject on the hat layer then select and mask. Enhance the edges with the second tool…
Use this work as a mask…
Not perfect but better…
