Change the fabrics used in a quilt using AI?

Hi,

is there a way I could have Photoshop recolor an image of a quilt to mimic the quilt with different fabrics? I've had great success changing for example the fabric used for a person's T-shirt using generative AI, but I haven't been able to achieve this for what I'm trying to do here.

We design quilt patterns and always sew a few sample quilts using different fabric combinations, so potential customers can see how the pattern looks in other colorways.

But obviously, we are limited in the number of quilts we can physically make as it's super time and financially consuming.

So we had the idea of creating these mockups using Photoshop. I am attaching two images of what we want to achieve - these are both pictures of actual quilts, but my question is how could we do this in Photoshop? So create for example the blue version using a picture of the pink version of the quilt?

Thank you!
