Change Title to Diagonal

How can I change my title and subtitle to a diagonal version, as on the bigger graphic?

Thanks, but when I click on the anchor point, it only gives me the options of dragging the image to the right or turning it. I can't drag it up.

Can you post a screenshot of the Photoshop interface with all the pertinent panels opened

You need to hold down Ctrl + Shift while dragging where the arrow is pointing

Weird. When I press Control + Shift, I can't do anything. However, I stumbled over the Skew command, which does the job. Thanks for the tips.
