 How could I adjust the colors of the yellow and black invdividually?

Select black using the Magic Wand, adjust using your favorite method. Magic Wand again to select the yellow, repeat and Save. Adjustment layers are best. You can return to your settings, but since it's a master layered file, export the final result as a jpeg or png.
