I am having this issue very badly where when I change the width all values including position are changed significantly for example if I change width to 100 then width is changed to 89.67 and height is changed to 92.36 and then the x and y values and curve values are also changed.

Can you show a video where you change the width and then the height, x, y, and curve values all change so we can see what you are seeing?

What are your OS and Photoshop versions?

Pretty much everything in Photoshop starts with pixels. If pixels won't divide equally into your unit of measure, you get fractions.

So, for example, if your image is 71 pixels wide and you set resolution to 72 pixels per inch, it would be 71/72" or .9861" wide.

This is just a variation on a fourth grade math problem. If I have a pizza cut into eight pieces and five people to feed, how many pieces does each person get?
