Chinese Text Rendering Poorly in Option Bar — Menu Bar Looks Fine

Hi, the Chinese font inside the option bar seems corrupted. It's not as smooth compare to the menu bar. I wonder how do I fix this, it's happening to all of my adobe products? I'm on a windows 10.

Welcome to the Photoshop Community! This issue might be related to an outdated GPU driver. Do you notice similar behavior in any other apps? To help us investigate further, could you please share your system information?

You can find it by going to Help > System Info in Photoshop, then copying and pasting the contents into a text file and attaching it here. This will give us a better idea of what might be going on.
