Cintiq Pro - Pan/Zoom Keeps Changing to Eyedropper

Hello, 

While using my Cintiq pro 13 I am having an issue with my pan/zoom. 

I have one pen button as pan/zoom, the second pen button as right click. 

As I pan/zoom, the cursor changes to eyedropper and keeps changing mr brush color. It is acting as if I am selecting the ALT key which I can assure you I am not. 

I even unplugged my keyboard to make sure an alt key wasn't stuck and the issue still occured. 

I have reinstalled all driver and applications and the issue persists. 

Please help!

I have been using my cintiq the same way for years on mac and now on windows I am having this issue.

I'm having this issue as well, It doesn't do this in clipstudio only photoshop. Did you ever solve the issue? It's annoying have it change the color accidently constantly when im trying to paint.
