Clipboard Failure

I am facing an issue regarding clipboard exportation. Whenever I try to switch to another program while exporting clipboard, it does not work and shows error. 

Kindly someone help me get rid of this error.

Also when I do this step, it results in slowing down the whole photoshop software.
