Clone Stamp Alignment With Pencil

Has anyone else found that the accuracy of the iPad clone tool was affected with the addition of the new healing brush.  The clone stamp was pinpoint accurate with my pencil before the addition of the new healing brush. Now the clone stamp crosshair is by default slightly above and to the left of the pencil point.  Adobe says this is a new default, but I think it us obvious that this was an oversight with iPad upgrade.  Let me know if you have the same accuracy issue with the clone stamp tool.
