Clone stamp rotation not working Photoshop 2020 Build 21.0.1 in windows 10 64 bit

Using Clone stamp in Photoshop 2020.  Using shortcut Shift+Alt+< or > Clone source rotation does not

Rotate within The brush Borders but Rotates around original source point using the offsets as Radius

Edit: i have CC 2019 installed also and it work as it should

Welcome to the Adobe Community!

I just tried doing this at my end and the source seems to be rotating fine here, could you please try enabling "Legacy compositing" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?

This is a bug with PS 2020, and has been reported to them as a bug. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon.

You're Right.  Not Fixed. It Works If You Do The Rotate At The Exact Spot Of Sample Then Move The Source & Clone, 

But If You Move The Stamp Away From The Original Sample The Preview Starts Rotating Around The Original Source.

It is strange, that here is no numerious reports regarding this problem. I suppose the clone tool is the one of most frequently used tool for the retouch. If this occurs not so offen, maybe this could be the hardware problem repeatable only on some configs? Here is my config: I have i7 4th generation processor, z97 motherboard, 32GB memory, nvidia 1080ti, ssd. I'd be glad if this information could help to fix the problem. Someone could confirm this problem is not repeatable with the last PS 21.x version on another hardware config?

I have made the update to the 21.1 version.

The source rotates correctly now but I am still having trouble with the shortcuts for the rotation (SHIFT + ALT + < or>) and the scaling (SHIFT + ALT + [or ]). They don't seem to work.

Also, more details of the problem and the video would help better.

Updated to version 21.1.2 and rotation is still NOT working on the clone stamp tool.

I have the same problem, I can't find the shortcuts for rotating end scaling the clone source. (I am running version 21.1.3)

In my case I run the French langage version of Photoshop, according to French documentation they should be :

Faire pivoter la source de duplication	Alt+Maj+: ou ù	Option + Maj + < ou >
Mettre à l’échelle (augmenter ou réduire la taille) la source de duplication	Alt+Maj+; ou ,	Option + Maj + [ ou ]

I tried both the french and english shortcuts, nothing happens.

Its july 10 2020, I have photoshop up to date, 21.2.0 and I have this problem in my macbook pro. I enabled the legacy compositing and made no diference. Any solution? :C
