Closes automatically after recent update!

As soon as I try to do anything after the recent update the program closes.

I have installed and reinstalled the program. 

Is there a fix? This bad timing, I have a personal deadline for a project and need this working.

What OS version are you on.

Reset Prefs Thoroughly (Mac)

Quit Your Adobe App (100% you must do this)

Finder >> Go (hold down option to show hidden) >> library 

Rename these 4 folders

• Preferences >> Adobe  >> Program Name rename to (Program Name .old)
• Library- >> Caches >> com.(Program Name) rename to (Program Name .old)
• Library >> Application Support >> Adobe >> Program Name rename to (Program Name.old)
• /Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP rename to (CEP .old)

Reset Prefs Thoroughly (windows):

• Close all Adobe applications.
• Go to Location : C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe
• Rename Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Illustrator XX Settings folders to Adobe Illustrator.old and Adobe Illustrator XX Settings folders.old
• Launch Illustrator from CC.

I'm using windows. I updated my Adobe photoshop this morning and since it has stopped. I'm trying to do what you listed above but it's not working
