Cloud file: couldnt open because the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop

Hi all,

 I almost store every psd files I have in cloud but yesterdat after I transfer everything under my user folder to another disk, I was unable to open any psd files from my cloud with this line keeps popping out.

But after I downloaded it from the cc and try to open it, it works.

It's just kinda annoying that I have to download everything before I work on them, how can I fix them?

Which version of Photoshop are you using? Since when are you seeing this issue?
