Color across layers

Hello,

I would like to use color that I have on the base layer also on layer 2. Would just go with the copy stamp, but due to the layer difference it won't let me.

What function can I use here?

If using the clone tool set the sample source , in the options bar to ' Current and Below '

If using the colour picker (whether directly or by using Alt with the brush) make sure the eye dropper tool is set to sample 'Current and below'
