Color grade video in Photoshop via Camera RAW - What do I need to consider for the best quality?

Hi! I've got a question regarding editing video within Photoshop: I've been editing my photos in Lightroom Classic for years and am very familiar with the workflow, so I also use Camera RAW in Photoshop, where I also have my presets I can use. Rather by chance I found out that you can also open MP4 files in Photoshop and color grade via Camera RAW.

Now I have a question: If I select "High Quality" + H.264 when exporting, do I get a similar quality as from Premiere or in other words: is it using the same render engine? I actually find this workflow brilliant for short clips and dont really like working with Premiere, since its usually only color grading I need for my type of work.

Thanks, Jan
