Using PS 23.1.0.

I have a complicated B & W line chart image (see attachment) where I need to recolor the line. I’m pretty new to PS and have tried various things like Replace color…  The lines in the image are a bit fuzzy, so that does not help.

Does anyone know a was to do this?

Any help much appreciated!

If the lines are true black a Solid Color Layer set to the Blend Mode »Screen« may suffice.

Ah, a CMYK image …

That might additionally need a Channel Mixer Layer to get a 100/100/100/100-black as the basis of the recoloring. (Otherwise a 100/100/100/100-black naturally isn’t OK printwise.)

You could try Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation and tick Colorize and adjust the sliders to suit your color requirements.
