Colors changed??

Hi guys
I wanted to ask you an important question about something that has been happening to me recently.
I open any image on photoshop and then save it. When I save it under another name, I go to check and see that the colors have changed. I'll give you an image to make you understand.
Do you have any idea why?

You didn’t mention application programs BUT - IF you save from Photoshop WITH an embedded ICC profile - when you re-open that same file in Photoshop, the appearance should be consistent.

If you are using non colour managed applications such as Windows Photos, then it will potentially look quite different because that application program (and many others) does not use colourmanagement.
