Computer logs off when I try to work in Photoshop 2022

Hi,

I have a new laptop with Windows 10.
I installed Photoshop 2022 on it 3 days ago.

Whenever I start working on an image in Photoshop and want to save the image, it gives me a black screen and then logs me off. I can log back into windows and will be back where I was in Photoshop, but I only have 10-15 seconds before it happens again.

Any idea what is happening? I've tried to remove and re-install but still the same issue.

Sorry for the shutdowns @LisbethHSDK , that sounds strange.

Does anything show up in the Windows Event Viewer that might tell us what's going on here?

Which version of Photoshop are you working with?

It might help to provide the Photoshop System Info as well -- Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Get back to us with more details when you can!

Regards,

PG
