Conect Camera Raw, Bridge ans Photoshop

Hi, I'm having trouble opening Camera Raw from Bridge and Photoshop from Bridge. I also can't go to Camera Raw from Photoshop. I have tried uninstalling all the applications and reinstalling them but it doesn't work. What can I do? Thank you so much!

Are you getting an error message? What version of Photoshop & Bridge are you using?

No, no error message appears. The program freezes and I have to force close the application. The version is 2024, recently updated.
