Conflicted copies on photoshop

I'm a photographer, I use a single MacBook Pro to edit on Photoshop and I was editing a picture and when I closed it I realized that easily more than a hundred conflicted copies of the same picture had been randomly created. I've tried to delete them but it won't work. Does anyone have any advice on what to do?

Hi @Carmen Eugenia sorry to hear this. Could you share a screenshot of your finder or where all of these extra images were saved, something that shows day/time stamps?

 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Thank you for your sysinfo @Carmen Eugenia , we can see you are using an older version of Ps and Mac OS. Is it possible to update your Ps version and see if this issue persists?  You also don't seem to have enough RAM for Ps, check this page for system requirements:
