Confused about payment and where to turn

Hi all,

English isn't my native language and I got lost on the website. I don't know if I'm in the right place.

I have the fotography version of Photoshop. It was about 12 Euros per month. Now it's suddenly much more expensive and honestly, I can't afford it. There should be an option to pay for a whole year for 144 Euro's, but I can't find it. Than I thought to cancel my prescription(?). But i read about a fine or something. I tried to find an emailaddress, but I can't find it. The "robot-chat" doesn't understand the problem. I'm getting really nervous. I hope someone can help.

As I understand it, the price has changed for the annual plan, paid monthly, but not for the annual plan when paid in a lump sum.

This is the second bullet point on that help page:

How can I switch the payment option for my Photography plan (20GB) to take advantage of the savings?

"If your Photography plan (20GB) is currently on an annual plan, paid monthly, you can switch your billing to annual plan, prepaid, by visiting your Adobe Account page and following these steps: Select the Manage Plan button, then the Update Subscription button. Follow the next steps to complete your request. You can also do so by contacting Adobe’s Customer Support."

Try these steps, including the last one that says to contact Adobe Customer Care. When you get the robot, type "agent" to get a human. Repeat if necessary.

Please report back.

Dear Jane,

Thank you so much! By using the term "agent" I got a real person to chat with. I couldn't figure it out myself. We have been busy for an hour. Nothing worked. Now I have a free trial for 7 days and then can pay for a year with PayPal. The direct link to use PayPal didn't work. But now it's almost done and i won't come in financial problems. Thank you!
