Congelamento após iniciar o Photoshop

Não consigo utilizar o Photoshop nas ultimas versões, após eu iniciar ele congela e não volta mais, no gerenciador de taredas diz que não está respondendo.

Até ontem estava funcionando perfeitamente.

Ele só está funcionando nas versões 22. se alguém por favor pude me ajudar agradeço muito.

What are your system specs? You may have problem with GPU or with RAM memory. How much of RAM you have installed and what GPU is installed?

Have you tried to reset preferences or to use latest 23.5.1 release?

Tenho 8gb de memória RAM e a gpu é integrada do processador

Sim, eu já redefini as preferências e estou usando a versão 23.5.1

8GB of RAM is minimum but it seems not enough, that is your first problem. Second problem will be Graphic Card which is integrated and I believe weak for newest Photoshop so you may have problem.

When it comes to Graphic Card look for score 2000 or above, thats Adobe recomendation https://www.videocardbenchmark.net/directCompute.html
