Log into your Adobe Creative Cloud Account, you can manage your subscription there. Ensure you haven't signed a one year subscription. As this is mainly a user-to-user advice forum it's best to phone Adobe directly to discus this matter.

If your subscription is month-to-month you have to contact Adobe Contact Customer Care (show more options) click on chat or phone and they will ask about the reason why you want to cancel your membership and so on.
