Contact with adobe for cancelation

Hello everyone. What has happened is that I was late to cancel the 7 days trial. I then tried to cancel it after that but the card I had given had no money in it, so as I discovered I wasnt allowed to cancel it. A note was saying that if I dont do anything it will be eventually cancelled at some point. But then money came in my account and adobe was paid. When then I tried to cancel I was told that I have to pay a fee due to 14 days had passed. Another thing is tha I mispelled my email and for everything I wanted to do they were sending me a verification code to an inexisted email. I have no way of contacting with them and I am in despair. Could someone tell me what I should do? I am in Greece and their phone number here does not work.
