Convert executable (exe) to Script or action.

I Using the small program SNS Resizer (of Sebastian Snibisz). It is  standalone but I want integrate it into Photoshop as an action, script  or into Filter menu.
Is it possible to do this?

Every thing in that list can be done using Photoshop Scripting you would need to design some sort of user interface for using it.  So yes it can be done. Also all in the last can be done by Photoshop Actions with the exception of Copy metadata you need Photoshop scripting to to that. An action can use a script and I have an Exif action the uses a Photoshop script to add a text layer containing so Exif Information. Example

The suggestion was NOT to use this in an action but to either create a script or a mix of action & script that will do the steps that you require instead…
