Starting from two photos with the same dimension. How can I copy the crop and rotation of the first photo to the second? Is there a way to copy the crop and rotation parameter from one photo to another? Thanks

You can create an action croping and rotating the first pic, then play the action to the second one.

Thanks for your help. But the correct scenario is croping and rotating the first photo using Photoshop for iPad. Then open the first photo (from cloud) and the second photo (from local) using Photoshop for Mac....

Since we cannot record actions on iPad this will not work this way.

Maybe using camera raw filter would be a path to explore…

Could you place both images in a document, select their layers, convert them to Smart Objects, and then apply Crop with the desired amount of rotation?

Then you should be able to export the both images (one a at time) with whichever layer you want being visible when you export (you can open the Smart Object and hide the layer that you don't want to show):
