This is an image with red stripe at the bottom. I want to measure the height of this red stripe and apply to other separate images in the window explorer. How can it be done?

Use the Magic Wand to select it and then drag to the other images. Easiest way. Also, once selected, the Info panel will show the selection size.

You could also just drag the whole layer from the Layers panel to your other images.
