Your files contain only null characters. No action can lead to data recovery from these files. The damage is irreversible 😞

I can only recommend that you regularly make backups of critical files, or store files in cloud storage (which is included in your creative cloud subscription, or any available service in your country) - there is a history of file versions and you can always return to the previous state of the document, even if it was damaged.

Hi

If the file has become corrupt you may be out of luck, do you not keep backups of your important files.

You could try using a service like this https://www.psd.repair/#/ to see if they can recover the PSD.

I tried with psd recovery kit but it says incorrect channel count must be from 1 to 24.

There's nothing to fix. There's nothing Photoshop can do with a corrupt file.

File corruption will happen one fine day to everyone. That's why we save incrementally while working, and always keep backups.
