could not complete the shake reduction command because of disk error

platform: 
proccesor :AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
RAM: 16GB

OS: WIN 11 PRO 21H2

step by step to repro:

1. open photoshop and load an image.

2. select the sharpen filter

3. select the shake reduction sub-filter

4. recive the following error

It's working fine for me with Photoshop 23.5 but I'm on Windows 10, have you tried resetting your Photoshop preferences

How much Free disk space do you have on your computer ?

Ged, what version of PS did you copy the filter from to make it work with 23.5?

@Ash Mills Photography I didn't, I just noticed it was back when I seen this thread, but if you're on a MAC you may be out of luck according to the last reply in this thread

I'm on windows too, not working for me in 23.5
