could not complete your request because of a program error

Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.7.1 20230906.r.741 f0224ff x64 not working properly keeps coming up with "could not complete your request because of a program error" This is driving me mad I did an update and that's when it all started went back a version and still not working and I have a project to deliver tomorrow 9th Oct 2023  thank god for Affinity Designer. But I'm mad as I'm paying for PS service and there seems to be no direct info coming from Adobe I'm hopping mad

Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here. 

When do you see the program error? Right at the launch, or while a specific task, or operation?

If you've not already, please update Photoshop 2023 to 2024 via the Creative Cloud desktop app & check if the issue exists.

hi, I reloaded an older version and it started to work ok. The latest version didn't and I had problems opening documents and also closing PS once it was open I had to use Task Manager to shut it down
