when opening after last update when opening photoshop i get these 3 error messages:
- Could not load styles because the file is already in use or was left open by another application
- Could not load patterns because the file is already in use or was left open by another application
- Could not load swatches because the file is already in use or was left open by another application
it happens also after computer reboot so there is no option for the files to be in use or open in another application, and I only use creative cloud apps.
I use Win10
can someone please help we solve it?

Maybe some file permission issue? Some issue with your windows account? Can you try to create another windows user account and install photoshop under that new account?

If it works under a new admin account, you know there are permissions issues.
Otherwise try to reinstall photoshop with this tool:
