Could not open psd ( MacBook Air )

Hello, please help, after I transferred all the psd files to an external hard disk, I can no longer open any of these files, the image shown below, what is the solution?

What model of Macbook Air are you using? How much RAM do you have and how much available storage do you have? Is it an Intel or M1 version?  What version OS and Photoshop are you using?
