Could not print because write access no granted

I am trying to make a print in Photoshop 2023 but, I keep getting 'Could not print (file name) because write access no granted'.

I am on a 2019 MacBook Pro OS Ventura 13.4

I have added Photoshop 2023 to System Settings/Privacy & Security/ Accessability + Full Disk Access + Files & Folders.

Notice that Photoshop is gray in Files & Folders. Maybe that means something to someone??

I am the only active user on my computer. I am not on a network. My file is on the desktop.

I've tried using Save As to save the file to a different name.

I have granted anyone and everyone permission to this file. lol

Anybody been able to fix this issue?
