Could not save a copy as "file name" because file is already used or was open by another application

Hi have you ever got this problem when you cant save a photoshop png file that is currently used by blender as a texture (blender is open) ?  I am getting error when trying to save over that file. Instantly after i close blender i can save file.

Yes, this has happened to me. Or sometimes I try to rename a file in a folder on my computer and I get that message even though I'd already saved it in Photoshop and closed the file. When I close Photoshop, it lets me rename it.
