Without any info on what layer you are working on and what you are trying to achieve nobody can tell you much. It simply seems to me you have a misunderstanding about how the brush is supposed to be used and are applying it wrongly.

I'm sorry I should have explained 
so my issue is I'm trying to play around with spot heal brush 
so I took a brush and painted a white line on the blue box 
and I'm trying to remove the white patch with healing brush
