Hi @sy0D45 , sorry you are seeing this. We need more info before we can offer an help, ie what were you doing when you got this message, what has changed in your computer, OS update etc? Have you added or changed anything on your computer, what version of Ps are you using.... all of these things will help as we try to determine what is happening.
It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
