I'm not being rude, just honest. Doesn't matter what any computer costs. Some work fine, inexpensive or top dollar, and other don't. It could also be a memory issue.

Heat is the number one reason for software problems on notebooks.

If it is a very new system, then either there is a fault, or an incompatibility.   If it was entirely due a fault with Photoshop, we'd see countless people in this forum talking about it, and Google would throw up a ton of hits.   Remember, there are 9 million people with CC subscriptions, and it is likely that the vast majority of them use Photoshop, so the lack of similar hits tells us that millions and millions of people have a trouble free experience with Photoshop.

So if you are ready to get real, you can start to track down your issue.

Open Photoshop and go Help > System info > Copy and paste to this thread.

Does the problem occur right after a cold start, or only after the computer has been running for a while?

Where do you place the computer?  Is it on a hard surface with space around it?

What is the room temperature?

Install Speccy  and monitor your GPU and CPU while using Photoshop.  Perhaps also CPU-Z although that is not as good with GPU information.

Find an extended user base of your specific laptop.  Amazon can have hundreds of user reviews and potential question answers for specific models, but if we know exactly what your hardware is, we'll be better placed to help you track down the issue.
