Crashing During Loadup

Hello I recently just updated to the new version of Adobe photoshop 2022 yesterday and it keeps crashing during the load up process. I've tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling the program. Is there anything else I can do? If not is there a way to down grade back to the previous version of the program

You can install and prior version and keep the current version installed so we can figure ot what issue you are seeing: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html
