Creating a jpg from quark

there are layers in a quark document. Several with separate jpgs and then type added within Quark.

Ultimately I would like to create a decent file for the web.

So far the best I can come up with is pdfing the quark layers and then opening it in photoshop and saving it as a jpg. The quality isn't that great.

Can someone suggest a better way?
